HOW MANY HOURS A DAY CAN YOU WEAR CONTACT LENSES?
Daily lenses. These are disposable lenses after one day. They don’t require cleaning or storing.
Fortnightly/ Monthly Lenses. These need to be removed every night, cleaned and stored in contact lens solution recommended by your optometrist.
