A H. pylori (Helicobacter pylori) é uma bactéria que se aloja no estômago podendo causar infecção na mucosa estomacal (gastrite) e sintomas como queimação e dor.

Se não tratada, a gastrite pode evoluir para condições mais graves como úlcera e câncer.

Além do tratamento medicamentoso, a H. pylori pode ser combatida através da alimentação. Confira a seguir o que você pode e não pode comer para combater essa bactéria.

Dieta para H. pylori

A dieta para o tratamento para H. pylorié preferencialmente evitando alimentos que estimulem a secreção de suco gástrico, como café, chá pretoe refrigerantes, pimenta, condimentos fortes, temperos prontos, carnes processadas e gordurosas, como bacon e linguiça.


Mantenha sua alimentação com frutas, verduras e legumes in natura e minimamente processados, ficando longe dos ultraprocessados. Não é necessário amassar, liquidificar. Assim, é importante evitar na dieta:

  • Refrigerantes e bebidas gaseificadas, pois distendem o estômago e podem causar dor e refluxo;
  • Bebidas alcoólicas, por aumentarem a inflamação no estômago;
  • Frutas ácidas como limão, laranja e abacaxi, pois podem causar dor e queimação;
  • Pimenta e alimentos condimentados, como alho, mostarda, catchup, maionese, molho inglês, molho de soja, molho de alho e temperos em cubos;
  • Carnes gordurosas, frituras e queijos amarelos, pois são ricos em gordura, o que dificulta a digestão e aumentam o tempo que os alimentos ficam no estômago;
  • Carnes processadas e alimentos enlatados, pois são ricos em conservantes e aditivos químicos que irritam o estômago e intestino, aumentando a inflamação.

Após o tratamento, é importante lembrar de higienizar bem as frutas e legumes antes de comer, pois a H. pylori pode estar presente em vegetais crus e voltar a infectar novamente o estômago.
